I cannot attend. How do I request a refund?
Email tedxuzhhorod@gmail.com: include your name, order number and number of tickets. Whether a refund is possible and its amount depend on the purchase terms and the circumstances of your request. Full terms will be available before payment.
Refund procedure ↗Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
It depends on your ticket terms. Email us in advance at tedxuzhhorod@gmail.com to check whether a transfer is possible and arrange a change of attendee.
Transferring a ticket ↗What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
We will announce changes and next steps through our official channels. If the event is cancelled or you cannot attend on the new date, you can submit a refund request to tedxuzhhorod@gmail.com.
Cancellation and postponement ↗What happens during an air raid alert?
Talks will pause. Attendees will follow the team’s instructions to the designated shelter. We will explain the route before the event begins. The decision to resume will be made after the alert ends and the safety situation has been assessed.
Safety guidelines ↗Can I ask not to be photographed or filmed?
Yes. Email us in advance at tedxuzhhorod@gmail.com. We will consider how to accommodate your request during filming and when selecting material. We cannot guarantee that you will not appear in wide shots.
